Job Summary The Adventure Park Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all guests using trampoline courts, climbing structures, obstacle courses, and other activity zones. This role involves actively supervising participants, enforcing park rules, preventing unsafe behavior, and providing excellent customer service. Court Monitors help maintain a clean and organized environment while supporting the overall operations of the park. Key Responsibilities Monitor assigned activity areas to ensure guest safety and rule compliance Provide clear instructions and safety guidance to guests before and during activities Actively observe participants to prevent unsafe behavior, collisions, or misuse of equipment Assist guests with questions, concerns, or activity support in a friendly and professional manner Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents, injuries, or emergencies Perform routine inspections of courts, equipment, and activity zones Maintain cleanliness and organization of the court area throughout the shift Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding safety issues or guest needs Support check‑in, crowd flow, and general park operations as needed Uphold company safety standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
