In your role, within the Therapeutic court, you provide important public safety interventions in protecting the public by helping to reduce criminal offenses committed by drug and alcohol addicted people and offenders with mental health problems. You will assist the Probation Officers in providing case management, intensive treatment, community supervision, and frequent, random testing for substance use, while constantly monitoring and reporting all participants' compliance to the Courts. in this role, you must conduct routine and random drug screenings by various mediums including urine and saliva, using proper handling and chain of custody for participants involved in the Therapeutic Court Programs.Mission and Values/Culture:
