Duties Conduct initial client interviews via phone or in person, gathering comprehensive case information with clarity and professionalism Screen potential clients to assess eligibility and prioritize cases based on urgency and complexity Manage incoming inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information about legal services and procedures Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and intake forms with precision and attention to detail Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to facilitate seamless case processing. Requirements Proven experience in law office administration within criminal defense or related fields Strong analysis skills to evaluate client information critically and identify key issues Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal correspondence and documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written materials Demonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Strong customer service orientation coupled with effective verbal communication skills Fluency in
