Firearms Associate & Fulfillment Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation of firearms knowledge to join our Sandusky team as an Inventory & E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist . In this role, you will bridge the gap between historical firearms passion and modern digital operations, helping manage our unique inventory and ensuring accurate fulfillment for our online customers. Most duties are performed digitally using an advanced inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Curation:

Assist with cataloging, evaluating, and managing a unique inventory of vintage and collector-grade firearms, optics, and ammunition.

E-commerce Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders, ensuring safe and secure transit for valuable items.

Digital Data Entry:

Utilize our digital inventory management system, spreadsheets, and email platforms to keep listings and records meticulously updated.

Professional Communication:

Interact professionally with team members, vendors, and customers to support a seamless operation.

Qualifications & Skills Firearms Expertise:

True experience and knowledge of firearms (vintage/collector-grade familiarity is a major plus).

Tech-Savvy:

Excellent computer skills are non-negotiable. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email management, and internet navigation, with a typing speed of 30+ WPM .

Legal Requirements:

Must be legally permitted to possess a firearm under Federal law.

Background Screenings:

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and a multi-panel drug test (including marijuana).

Education:

High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and deadlines matter. Physical Requirements Moderate walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the day. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
