Hourly Rate $17.00-$20.00 + Sales Commissions Benefits Health/Vision/Dental (Full Time Only) 401K Employee Discount Program Membership to Hyatt Farm Sporting Clays Education/Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must be able to lift 75lb Must be able to stand for long periods of time Previous work related experience preferred Operating POS equipment, and telephone preferred 2 years + of firearms sales experience preferred Familiarity with federal form 4473 & 3310 preferred Excellent customer service orientation Basic math and recording abilities Excellent organizational skills Great communication and interpersonal abilities Responsibilities Demonstrated ability to balance sales techniques with customer engagement to drive sales Perform basic mathematical computations and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form Must demonstrate the 4 responsibilities of safe firearms handling Day-To-Day sales of firearms and accessories to customers both new and returning Basic cleanliness duties (bathroom, warehouse, showroom) General merchandising for pull through marketing Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and procession firearms transactions Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all customers
