- Support Services Support Services Section of BCI The main purpose of the Support Services section is to provide advanced level customer service support.
Principal Duties:
BCI Receptionist- answers main phone line.
Qualifications The Best Qualified Candidate:
Clear verbal tone for greeting phone customers when answering phones. Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely. A warm, polite, and helpful attitude as the primary phone contact of the bureau. Remaining calm and polite when handling difficult customers. Must be able to review documents for accuracy and completeness. Will be able to maintain confidentiality. Will be able to follow written and/or oral instructions. Precise sorting and tracking of incoming and outgoing letters and packages. Absolute privacy when handling confidential mail. Maintaining a clean, orderly mailroom. Punctual and consistent handling of time-sensitive correspondence. Ability to lift bins, handle heavy boxes, and stand for semi-long periods of time. Quick thinking to resolve lost mail or misdirected mail. Employment Requirements Must pass a comprehensive level II Criminal History background check.
