Looking for a detail-oriented role in a professional environment? Justifacts is hiring a Criminal Record Specialist to join our Criminal/Compliance team. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping our clients make informed hiring decisions by reviewing, researching, and accurately reporting criminal record information. If you enjoy working with data, staying organized, and digging into details -- especially in a legal or criminal justice context -- this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Review criminal records, dockets, and reports for accuracy and completeness Enter and document findings in our proprietary system (Justiweb) Conduct online criminal record searches through court databases Apply state-specific guidelines to determine what information is reportable Research additional details through courts and third-party vendors as needed Communicate with court personnel and internal team members to clarify information Respond to Account Manager requests in a timely and professional manner What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma required; college experience is a plus
