Pay Range:
$21.26/hr.- $26.

Shift Differential Pay:

A Sr. Data Reporting Technician (Trainer) job is available with the City of Fort Worth Police Department- Data Reporting Unit.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED supplemented by specialized training in customer relations or a related field Three (3) years of responsible customer service experience One (1) year of administrative and/or lead supervisory experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish). Prior law enforcement experience. Minimum 1-year experience in Police Data Reporting Unit preferred. Two (2) years plus of high- volume call center, public contact, and data entry.
