Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Forensic Building Technician Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, problem-solving, and investigating how and why building defects occur. You will travel throughout Texas assessing residential structures for construction defects, documenting your findings with photographs and detailed notes, and collecting information that may be used in a legal manner. This is a physically demanding field position. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat, climbing ladders, walking roofs when appropriate, and spending long days traveling between inspection sites.
