Job Description
General Statement of Duties Provides skilled professional work in support of department programs, projects, or services. Responsibilities include assisting with planning, evaluation, data analysis, and policy implementation. Work is performed with minimal supervision and may involve coordination with internal staff, clients, or volunteers. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in completing assignments. Essential Duties Working knowledge of program planning, evaluation, and data analysis; ability to develop and use data collection tools; ability to interpret policies and procedures; ability to prepare clear and concise reports; demonstrates initiative and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software; ability to use databases and systems for data entry and retrieval. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with staff and the public. Makes routine decisions within established guidelines; refers complex issues to supervisor. Non-supervisory; works independently and as part of a team. Works in an office setting; may work in various locations based on assignment. Visual and hearing acuity sufficient to perform assigned duties; physical ability to complete office-based tasks.
