Overview This Project Identify Specialist Position is focused on providing outreach, education, safety planning and family support to adolescents and families identified in internet / electronics related crimes against children. This position will coordinate with law enforcement partners to assist with review of referred tips. This position will also coordinate with Children's Anti-Exploitation Partnership (CAP) program advocate / mentors to connect victims and/or at-risk youth and their families with CAP program services and support.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement - 10 years preferred. Specific professional expertise in criminal investigations, working with victims of crime. Advanced level of experience working with minor victims and their families in the area of online child exploitation, child sexual abuse or violent crimes against children preferred. Responsibilities

• Providing outreach, education, safety planning and family support to adolescents and families identified in internet / electronics related crimes against children through Crisis Aid International's Project Identify, Children's Anti-Exploitation Partnership (CAP) program and U.S. Safe initiatives.
• Providing safety planning and support to clients (victims and/or high-risk youth) and U.S. Safe advocacy staff as needed
• Support U.S. Safe advocacy staff with field - related safety needs in the field upon request
• Appropriate documentation and grant related data collection
• Support and participate in Crisis Aid International fundraising and awareness efforts including participation in agency fundraising events as requested
• Participate in Crisis Aid International activities, meetings and training courses (attend and present) as requested
• Report all related project information to the Director of Criminal Justice Engagement
• Limited Travel required for training and work-related activities
• Flexible work hours required, Base hours. Monday through Thursday 1PM thru 9PM, Friday 9AM to 5PM
• Local travel to offsite locations required.

Strong collaboration skills and comfort in working within law enforcement, medical and faith-based environments. 4. High levels of flexibility and the ability to work off hours or travel where needed. 5. Cultural competence and respect and appreciation for all people.

Pay:

$52,500.00 per year
