• Assists other school personnel in the supervision of the students during the lunch period.
• Becomes knowledgeable of school and safety rules and consistently enforces them with the students.
• Assists students in the development of appropriate social behaviors.
• Performs a variety of behavior management and behavior shaping functions.
• Establishes and maintains a respect and rapport with students.
• May perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor. Required Qualifications
