Academy, located in San Bruno, CA, is looking for a Program Supervisor to lead our after-school program with vision, creativity, and heart. About the Role As a Program Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our after-school enrichment program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, loves working with kids, and enjoys creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Here's what you'll be doing:

Lead and Teach :

Independently guide students during after-school hours, provide homework tutoring support, and lead engaging lessons.

Program Ownership :

Take initiative to shape and improve the program structure and curriculum.

Mentor and Coach :

Offer constructive feedback to team members, helping them grow and develop professionally.

Logistics Support :

Accompany the driver on school pickups, understand the full operation, and think creatively to optimize logistics.

Team Leadership :

Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment. This role requires you to bring your own vehicle to work, as public transportation is not an option. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone with the following qualifications and traits:

Experience :

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or working with kids in an educational setting. Passion for

Education :

Energized and enthusiastic about working with children and supporting their growth.

Knowledgeable :

Solid understanding of the American elementary school system.

Strong Leadership Skills :

Comfortable leading kids independently and mentoring peers.

Organized and Dependable :

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Empathy-Based Instruction :

Experience with positive discipline and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, kid-friendly language.

Problem Solver :

A creative thinker who can adapt to changing needs and find innovative solutions.

Team Player :
