Job Summary:
- We are seeking an Extended Day Assistant to support our after-school program. The Extended Day Assistant will help create a safe and engaging environment for students, assist with activities, and provide general supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience working with children in a similar setting is preferred Strong communication skills Ability to maintain a positive and proactive attitude Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing daily activities and programs for students Supervise children during snack time, outdoor play, and homework time Help maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position during the hours of our extended day program, typically in the afternoons on school days.
