Job Summary Crossing Guard Position East Moline School District 37 is currently accepting applications for crossing guards. Work hours are one hour fifteen minutes in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. Starting salary is $16.82 per crossing. This position is non-exempt under FLSA. This position is not eligible for benefits, but may be combined with another part-time position for benefits eligibility.
