Harrington Elementary SchoolJob Goal:
To provide student supervision to maintain a well-organized, smoothly functioning school environment. Duties include supervise students during recess and lunch periods. During the lunch period: provide assistance to students in opening lunch materials, cleaning tables, and monitoring social interactions. At recess: closely monitor students for safety, social interactions and appropriate play. The successful candidate will be able to work on a team of 8 recess aides to provide a safe and caring environment for all students. At times, assist teachers and other professional personnel in classroom, office, and library with miscellaneous tasks. Applicants should hold the following qualifications:- High School Diploma
- Experience working with children.
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities at the elementary level.
- Experience working with age-appropriate students in a school setting.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as may be found appropriate and acceptable.
