McCarthy Middle School Description:

To provide student supervision to maintain a well-organized, smoothly functioning school environment. Build a good rapport with students Provide supervision of students in cafeteria and at recess Provide clerical support when needed Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed Reports to: School Principal Hours per week: 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day. Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary. High School Diploma Experience working with children preferred. Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities at the middle school level. Experience working with age-appropriate students in a school setting. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as may be found appropriate and acceptable. Must work well as a member of a team Ability to build relationships with student and provide ongoing support and direction.
