TITLE:

Morning Corridor Monitor

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Building Principal, the Morning Corridor Monitor is responsible for welcoming and monitoring the students as they enter the building each morning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assisting students as needed.

•Helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for the students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Current member of the Oxford Education Association.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work is generally performed primarily indoors and predominantly in a school classroom.
