5 Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Benefits Retirement plan Qualifications Emergency response readiness Full Job Description Under the direction of school-based administration, assists in maintaining a safe school environment by monitoring student activity in halls, building interior and exterior premises. Essential Functions Monitors student activities on school premises. Alerts school police and school administrative staff to potential disruptions or incidents. Participates in student take-in and dismissals. Monitors activity in the cafeteria during lunch periods. Monitors hallways while classes are in session. Submits verbal and written reports as required.
Desired Qualifications Required:
Must authorize release of prior employment, credit history, and criminal conviction information Good oral and written communication skills Must pass drug test, background record investigation and federal, state and local fingerprint checks Ability to communicate effectively with school personnel and students Ability to effectively interact with school personnel and students Ability to respond to emergency situations while maintaining composure and demonstrating appropriate professionalism and restraint at all times Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for long periods of time
Preferred:
