Job Description

The Lamphere School District is currently contracting the services of Edustaff for Lunchroom Monitors.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (student days) 10:45 AM-1:15 PM (2.5 hrs./day)
Pay Rate:
$15.25 hr.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma Able to positively interact, and establish a rapport, with students and staff Able to work cooperatively with adults Self-initiative and ability to manage large groups Possess strong organizational and supervisory skills Should be proficient in basic spelling and math Must have, or be willing to obtain, certification in Adult/Child CPR and First Aid Must be willing to perform basic clean-up tasks Able to withstand the strain of the position Other qualifications as the administration may deem necessary for the position
Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise students in the lunchroom, hallways, playground and classroom Oversee students during lunch to ensure a safe, calm and respectful environment Observe and rectify any disruptive behavior Assist with clean-up and maintaining a sanitary environment Responsible for inputting checks or cash into student accounts Track and maintain student account balance information Responsible for deductions from student accounts for school breakfast/lunch Responsible for daily summary reports and daily balance Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a strong record of consistent attendance. Regular and dependable presence during school hours is essential. All staff members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward one another at all times.
