This position helps create a safe, welcoming, and respectful lunch environment for all students. The successful candidate will enjoy working with middle school students, contribute to a team atmosphere, and provide active, consistent supervision. Essential Responsibilities Actively supervise students in the cafeteria and other assigned areas. Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive lunch environment. Build respectful and supportive relationships with students. Clearly communicate and consistently reinforce school expectations. Encourage appropriate behavior, responsible decision-making, and respectful interactions. Assist students with routines, seating, cleanup, and other lunchroom needs. Monitor student movement and respond promptly to safety or behavioral concerns. Work collaboratively with other lunch supervisors, school staff, and administrators. Follow all school safety procedures and confidentiality expectations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands that positive relationships and clear expectations are essential when working with middle school students. This individual will be visible, approachable, fair, and consistent while helping our lunch supervision team create an environment where students feel safe, respected, and supported. Schedule Part-time position during student lunch periods on scheduled school days. Ideally, the candidate will commit to 5-days per week.• However, we can create a team to offset one another's work week.
Daily hours:
11:00 - 1:30. Attendance Stipend Work 5 Days/Week= $20 Work 4 Days/Week= $15 Work 3 Days/Week= $10
