Job Description

Job Summary:
LSH Elementary is seeking responsible, energetic, and caring individuals to join our team as Playground/Recess Supervisors. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and well-being of students during outdoor recess and playground activities.
Hours:
10:20 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through
Friday Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise students during recess times Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students Promote positive behavior and resolve minor conflicts among students Assist with maintaining playground equipment and ensuring it is used appropriately Follow all school policies and procedures to ensure student safety Report any concerns or incidents to school staff
Qualifications:
Ability to work well with elementary-aged children Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and manage groups of children Reliable and punctual Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is a plus, but not required If you enjoy working with children and are looking for part-time hours in a supportive and fun environment, we encourage you to apply!
