Position Description The EverAfter Associate helps create a safe, welcoming, and engaging after-school experience for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Working as part of a collaborative team, this position is responsible for actively supervising students, fostering positive relationships, supporting student growth and behavior, and maintaining a fun, inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. EverAfter Associates contribute to the daily operation of the program by assisting with activities, maintaining program spaces, communicating professionally with families, and completing assigned operational responsibilities.
