GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Newark Central School District School Monitor will provide supervision of students in study halls, cafeteria, and hallways. This is a position where the individual assists in a variety of tasks involved in the execution of the day-to-day operations of the school building.

JOB DUTIES

Act as a monitor in study halls, corridors, libraries, lavatories, resource centers, and cafeterias Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks such as making copies, distributing mail, filing, etc Prepare bulletin boards Proctor exams Related tasks and work as required Other duties as assigned Civil Service Title School Monitor Job Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education - High School diploma or equivalent GED diploma Fingerprint clearance through
