Job Description
Teacher Aides needed for the 26/27 school year. Monday-Friday, every school day. $17.00/hour, 7 hours a day Helping students individually or in small groups with lessons and assignments. Supervising students during class, lunch, recess, field trips, and other activities. Assisting with classroom management and encouraging positive student behavior. Supporting students with special educational needs under the teacher's direction. Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Lunch Monitors needed for the 26/27 school year. Monday-Friday, every school day. $17.00/hour, 2 hours day (11am-1pm) Monitoring student behavior during lunch. Helping maintain cleanliness by reminding students to clean up after themselves. Assisting younger students when needed. Reporting problems or concerns to teachers or staff. Helping ensure cafeteria rules are followed. Some of these positions require proof of a High School Diploma and all require fingerprints through the NYS Education Department.
