San Marcos Academy invites applications for a Night Proctor for Residence Hall. This is an excellent position for men or women seeking to work in a Christian environment that will allow for professional and spiritual growth. The position involves working with 6th-12th grade boys and girls through the night time hours. The shift is Friday-Sunday from 11:00pm-6:00am.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as a role model in actions, language, and dress Monitoring and provide support for students Responding to any need that arises Some clerical work Making sure that students get up when scheduled Responsible for documenting any incidents that occur during the shift Communicating events of the shift to relief Provide support for dormitory supervisors Monitor and provide support for students
Compensation:
$13.00/hr. On campus housing and other amenities negotiable.
Job Perks:
Shifts are not assigned during Thanksgiving week, Christmas Break, and Spring Break.
Requirements:
A Christian testimony Ability to work with little to no supervision Experience working with youth Ability to supervise a diverse group of young people High standard of behavior and moral conduct
