Job Description

Addison Central School DistrictCampus Supervisor Addison Central School District is seeking a Campus Supervisor at Middlebury Union High School. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure campus while also serving as the first point of contact for all who enter our school. The Campus Supervisor ensures that every visitor is both properly screened and warmly welcomed.

The primary responsibility of this role is managing the schools front entry. This includes greeting visitors, verifying their purpose, and directing them appropriately, while consistently applying school safety protocols. At the same time, the Campus Supervisor monitors all exterior doors via video surveillance to ensure that all entry occurs through authorized points.

Additional responsibilities include managing late student arrivals and early dismissals, and collaborating with a mobile Campus Supervisor to support overall campus supervision.
Shared duties may include:
Monitoring movement of students, staff, and visitors entering and exiting the buildingObserving hallways and common areas, building positive connections with students while confirming appropriate locationsMonitoring the front of the building and parking areas for safety and security concernsAssisting the main office by locating and escorting students as neededThe ideal candidate is someone who can balance vigilance with approachabilitybuilding positive relationships with students while upholding clear expectations for safety, attendance, and behavior. This individual will work closely with the Student Response Coordinator and main office staff to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment.
