This is a rare chance to get in early with a growing team, learn a ton, and grow fast. We're starting this role part-time, with real potential for it to grow into a full-time position as we do. Who we are ShaferTech is a boutique managed IT services provider serving businesses across Northern California. We keep our clients' technology running smoothly by providing everything from day-to-day support to network management, to building and maintaining their websites. The role You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients — the person who picks up the phone, answers the email, and makes sure problems get solved.
