This position is ideal for individuals who have completed college coursework in a related field and whose education, interests, and career goals align with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Quality Systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Document Control Technician, you will help maintain the systems and records that support our Quality Management System and regulatory compliance programs.
Responsibilities Include:
Organizing, scanning, filing, and maintaining quality and regulatory records Managing electronic and paper document filing systems Issuing, tracking, revising, and archiving controlled documents Maintaining document logs, revision histories, and document control records Retrieving records and documentation for audits, investigations, and internal requests Supporting employee training record maintenance and organization Supporting customer complaint investigations through documentation collection, record organization, and corrective action tracking Compiling records and supporting documentation for quality reviews Preparing records and documentation for customer, certification, and regulatory audits Maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and quality system tracking logs Assisting departments with document-related compliance requirements Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Associate degree or college coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in quality, document control, laboratory, manufacturing, compliance, regulatory, technical support, or other detail-oriented environments Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (cosmetics, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, medical device, dietary supplement, aerospace, or similar industries) Demonstrated interest in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, or Quality Systems as a long-term career path Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required We are looking for individuals who are interested in building a long-term career within the quality and compliance profession. Temp-to-Hire Opportunity This position begins as a temporary-to-hire assignment through one of our staffing partners.
