Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Document Control Coordinator II to join our team in support of the Los Angeles Higher Education Bond Program . If you thrive on organization, accuracy, and keeping complex projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Maintain and support the program's document control system. Process, review, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing project documentation. Perform high volume data entry while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Organize, index, archive, and retrieve electronic and hard copy project records. Support contract documentation, invoice tracking, and project records management. Assist with Public Information Requests by locating and organizing documentation. Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before distribution. Generate document tracking logs, reports, and status updates. Collaborate with project teams to maintain accurate and accessible records. Support continuous improvement of document control processes. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience. Experience with document processing, records management, and data entry. Experience supporting contracts, invoices, and project documentation. Experience using electronic document management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting document control or records management within construction, engineering, or capital improvement programs.
