Job Description
Our client is hiring a Document Imaging Coordinator to support document imaging, records management, and archiving in a fast-paced banking environment. This role oversees document integrity, imaging, archiving, retrieval, and compliance while providing operational and technical support across the bank.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee document imaging, archiving, retrieval, and quality control
- Monitor daily workflow and ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Support document management systems and process improvements
- Maintain records, statements, and offsite storage
- Partner with bank departments to support audit, compliance, and records management
What We're Looking For:
- Banking experience with document or records management
- Advanced OnBase (Optima)
- Archival System experience
- Knowledge of SQL and FIS Core System
- Familiarity with FOS Statement Output Service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
