$63.50/hr W2 (All-Inclusive) We're hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDI) for a 13-week contract with a leading acute care healthcare organization in California. This is a day-shift opportunity for professionals with true Clinical Documentation Integrity experience using 3M 360 and Cerner.

$602/week Travel pay is based on eligibility for tax-free stipends Local Package - $63.50/hr W2 (All-Inclusive) Required Qualifications Active RN License (Any US State accepted) Minimum 3 years of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience Experience with 3M 360 Experience with Cerner/PowerChart Ability to review 20+ charts per day Minimum 20% physician query rate Strong knowledge of APR DRG and MS-DRG methodology Experience with DRG denials and appeal letters Preferred Qualifications CCDS or CDIP Certification Trauma CDI HCC/Risk Adjustment

Obstetrics Vizient Elixhauser Responsibilities Review inpatient records concurrently and retrospectively. Improve documentation impacting DRG assignment. Support physician query processes.
