Logistics Documentation Specialist:
- Prepare and process export documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Support invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice review
