Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for QMS & Document Control Specialist positions in Santa Clara, CA . Responsibilities:
Manage document control processes including creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents within the Quality Management System (QMS). Administer Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring timely processing, compliance, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Maintain data integrity across PLM, ERP, and LMS systems while generating reports, metrics, and status updates. Support training coordination, audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain an audit-ready environment.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in document control, change management, or quality systems within a regulated environment. Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 and/or
ISO 13485
standards. Experience with PLM systems (Agile preferred), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Pay Details:
