full-time Documentation Scanning Coordinator - Anaheim, CA, $23-$28/hr Are you passionate about creating organized, efficient digital document systems and ensuring data accuracy? Our client, a regulated and process-driven organization, is seeking a Documentation Scanning Coordinator to lead document digitization efforts, improve workflows, and support compliance through effective document management practices.

Who you are:

Experienced with document scanning equipment, digital document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage digital records and workflows. Skilled at developing processes, maintaining documentation standards, and ensuring data accuracy. Effective communicator who can train team members and collaborate across departments. Knowledgeable about document retention requirements, quality assurance procedures, and compliance standards in regulated environments. What you'll do: Operate, maintain, and optimize scanning equipment and software to ensure high-quality document conversion. Manage digital filing systems, metadata, indexing, and secure storage of electronic records. Perform quality reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of scanned documents. Develop and document scanning procedures, best practices, and workflow improvements. Train staff on scanning processes, software, and document management standards while collaborating with IT and business teams. What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $23-$28 per hour.
