In person - North Miami, FL 33181 Job Description OneBox Funding is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documents Specialist to join our team in North Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining important client and business documentation while ensuring information is entered accurately into our CRM. You will work closely with our internal team to help keep files complete, organized, and moving efficiently through the process. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with computers, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and organization matter. Responsibilities Collect, review, organize, and maintain client documentation Accurately enter and update information within the company CRM Review files for completeness and identify missing information or documentation Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic records Assist with document requests and follow-ups as needed Support day-to-day administrative and document-processing needs Prioritize time-sensitive files and tasks Coordinate with internal team members to ensure documentation is properly processed Maintain confidentiality when handling client and company information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or document-processing experience preferred At least 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and working within CRM and other business software Strong written and verbal communication skills English proficiency required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy and organization.
