Documentation Coordinator I (100% Onsite)

$39.35hr Position Summary We are seeking a self-driven Documentation Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Pensacola, FL facility. You will be responsible for managing and migrating documents into new formats, updating control numbers, and uploading confidential documents into Magic and/or Veeva (document control management systems). This role plays a key part in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of our Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. Top 3 Skills Document Control Experience (preferably in a GMP environment) Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & Excel Self-starter with strong time management (able to create and stick to your own schedule) Key Responsibilities Take existing documentation and update formats, document control numbers, and upload into Magic/Veeva systems. Ensure all documentation complies with templates, naming, and numbering standards. Maintain meticulous records of document reviews, approvals, and change controls. Distribute, collect, sort, and file controlled documents; coordinate off-site storage as needed. Maintain electronic document libraries and inventories. Communicate progress and meet schedule milestones. Support cross-departmental documentation needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma plus 3-4 years of document control experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Experience using document control methods. Prior use of Magic and Veeva highly preferred. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent writing, organizational, and detail skills. Able to lift up to 30 lbs, file and move document boxes as needed. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and collaborate with team members.
