Job Description
Job Description A large banking client is seeking detail-oriented Document Reviewers to support a large-scale document management and records modernization initiative. This project focuses on reducing document backlogs, digitizing physical records, organizing electronic files, and implementing standardized document governance processes across the enterprise loan operations organization. Team members will play a critical role in preparing files for long-term retention, storage, or migration into the enterprise content management platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Review, organize, and process large volumes of physical and electronic loan documentation.
- Scan paper files and convert records into digital formats while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Categorize, index, and label files according to established naming conventions and documentation standards.
- Validate document completeness and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly filed records.
- Support the migration of files from legacy repositories, including SharePoint and physical storage locations, into designated systems of record.
- Apply document governance standards, indexing methodologies, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs and documentation throughout the review process.
- Assist with records retention, destruction, storage, and archive preparation activities.
- Partner with operations, lending, credit, and middle-office teams to resolve document exceptions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to records management.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 1+ years of experience in document review, records management, loan operations, banking operations, data entry, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation.
- Experience working with electronic document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage repetitive processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within banking, financial services, mortgage, lending, or loan operations environments.
- Previous experience with document imaging, scanning, indexing, or records retention projects.
- Familiarity with loan documentation, credit files, collateral documents, or enterprise content management systems.
- Exposure to SharePoint, document repositories, or workflow management systems.
