Regulatory Specialist Monday - Friday 8AM - 5 PM Responsibilities Support regulatory compliance and quality-management activities. Conduct internal audits and assist with third-party audit preparation. Maintain regulatory, certification, and quality documentation. Develop, review, and update SOPs and work instructions. Manage document control, change controls, and deviations. Review regulatory requirements and communicate updates as needed. Assist with customer complaints and corrective actions. Maintain quality and safety documentation. Support food-safety and quality training. Work with Quality, Operations, and other departments to maintain compliance and improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field preferred. 3+ years of Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Auditing experience. Knowledge of GMP/cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, quality systems, and document control. Experience with audits, SOPs, change control, and deviations. Strong Microsoft Office, communication, organization, and documentation skills. Quality auditing certification or training is a plus.
