Document Clerk
Location:
Savannah, GA Schedule:
Mon - Fri / Option for 9-5 or 9 x 80 scheduleDuration:
1-2 Years (Possibility of extension) Key Responsibilities- Assist the engineering team in identifying necessary project files for retention.
- Scan and digitize project documents, storing them in a structured document management system (Meridian).
- Administer the review and approval process for controlled documents.
- Manage filing and retention of controlled records inpliance withpany standards.
- Support engineering personnel with document creation, records filing, and retention activities.
- Create and manage document import packages for system integration. Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in document control and/or records management, including familiarity with filing systems such as Point, Windows directories, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reviewing and manipulating document data.
- Experience using Meridian Document Management System or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Kledge of document management systems in an engineering or operations environment is an asset.
- Strong understanding of document control principles.
- Excellentanizational andmunication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
- Availability to work during regular business hours.
