Job Description Cargoloop, LLC is hiring an Experienced Export Documentation Specialist for our Savannah terminal. This position is for a candidate who already has strong knowledge of export documentation and understands the daily responsibilities of this role. We are looking for someone who can step into the position with confidence, accuracy, and a clear understanding of export processes, shipping line requirements, container documentation, and deadlines. This is not an entry-level position . The right candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to manage documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process export documentation accurately and on time Work directly with shipping lines, customers, terminal staff, and internal departments Review bookings, container information, titles, invoices, and required export paperwork Track documentation deadlines, cutoffs, container status, and shipping requirements Prepare and review bills of lading and other export-related documents Communicate with customers and shipping lines regarding missing, incorrect, or updated information Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Support the Savannah terminal team with daily office and operational needs when required

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Export Documentation Specialist is required Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipping line requirements Understanding of bookings, bills of lading, container cutoffs, titles, and export paperwork Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, vehicle export, terminal operations, or ocean shipping preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems

Preferred Experience:

Auto export documentation experience Experience working with ports, terminals, containers, and shipping lines Ability to understand the full export process from booking to final documentation

Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
