Overview We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Document Control Associate to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing and maintaining comprehensive documentation systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Document Control Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting quality management processes, ensuring document accuracy, and facilitating cross-functional communication across departments. Duties Maintain and update document management systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. Review, verify, and approve documents in accordance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations. Manage document workflow processes, including routing for review, approval, revision control, and filing to ensure seamless operations. Conduct thorough proofreading and technical review of documents to guarantee compliance with quality management and pharmaceutical regulatory standards. Organize and file physical and electronic records systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and audit readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to ensure document consistency and compliance. Support data entry, data management, and records management activities to uphold accuracy in documentation repositories. Requirements Preferred experience in document control within the pharmaceutical industry, with familiarity in document review (document control) processes. Preferred knowledge of FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards. Proficiency in document management systems such as SharePoint, ERP systems, and project management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with technical writing is advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments and document workflow management practices. Demonstrated ability to perform proofreading, data entry, records management, and administrative tasks accurately within a fast-paced setting.
