Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm What's the Job? + Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of high-quality documentation for internal teams. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for communications and publications. + Maintain and update reference materials and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Participate in departmental meetings to align documentation with user needs and best practices. + Manage projects related to process documentation and policy updates, ensuring quality outcomes. What's Needed? + 2-4+ years of experience in technical writing, business documentation, or knowledge management systems. + Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. + Experience applying technical and business writing principles. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. + Proficiency with knowledge management tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
