This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while working independently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare files and documentation for commercial and consumer loans Review and understand title commitments Understand legal entities and their requirements for lending Understand commercial loan documents, collateral, and requirements for perfecting security interests Scan and index loan documents Utilize multiple software programs proficiently Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the loan documentation process Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required Knowledge of banking regulations and commercial and consumer loan documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high-volume workload Ability to work independently and effectively problem-solve Knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred High degree of typing accuracy preferred Why Join Us?
