Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between customers and Blommer personnel for documentation requests, such as questionnaires, product specifications, product nutritionals, standard QA or regulatory statements, etc. Effectively communicate across departments and locations to ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and requests for documentation Proofread documents for duplicate, missing, or incorrect information Maintain Blommer's online files for customer documentation ensuring security of sensitive data and documentation Maintain customer portals Assist with projects to enhance customer experience as needed
