Job Description

Documentation Specialist - Insurance Application & Packet Assembly (Onsite contract - Batesville, IN) Our client offers a broad range of retirement, life and reinsurance products designed to help customers address financial challenges with confidence. A variety of options help Americans customize a strategy to fulfill their protection, accumulation, income, wealth transfer and end-of-life needs. They offer custom solutions and responsive service for the capital, risk and legacy-business management of life and annuity insurance companies around the world. Primarily responsible for printing insurance applications and assembling the life insurance policy packets with a high quality of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Print copies of insurance applications
  • Match customer insurance applications to corresponding policy pages
  • Assemble policy pages according to state guidelines
  • Prep envelope packages according to state guidelines
  • Run envelopes through the postage meter
  • Deliver mail to the post office
  • Route incoming mail to the appropriate office or department
  • Monitor Outlook mailbox
Skills:
  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • Excellent attendance, quality and responsiveness are all critical measures
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed
  • Great attention to detail
  • Motivated to work independently to meet individual goals
  • Ability to repetitively lift ~20 pounds
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours at a time
  • Proficient typing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Takes initiative to improve processes This role is restricted to U.
