Summary of the Role BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Documentation Coordinator III to join our customer's team in Indianapolis, Indiana . This role supports the management and maintenance of documentation systems within a regulated environment while ensuring compliance with documentation standards and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with document control systems, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), content management, and regulated quality environments. This position plays a key role in maintaining documentation integrity, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across documentation processes. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Documentation Management Maintain and manage company documentation systems to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance. Coordinate document reviews, revisions, approvals, and updates. Support document organization, archival, and retention activities. Maintain document integrity, version control, and accessibility. Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with maintaining data security and document confidentiality. Quality & Compliance Support documentation activities within a regulated Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with applicable documentation standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor documentation workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Maintain document control records and audit readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and other functional teams. Build collaborative relationships across departments and multiple sites. Balance changing priorities while managing multiple documentation activities independently. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding documentation status and requirements. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and workflows. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency. Support organizational change initiatives related to documentation systems. Leverage technology and modern documentation practices to improve overall effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a regulated environment or Quality function. Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) workflows. Experience using document control systems. Understanding of metadata concepts and document lifecycle management. Experience with content management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Proactive mindset with demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills. Understanding of modern AI technologies and their application within documentation environments. Experience supporting highly complex and/or global projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Confluence. Project Management experience. Experience supporting documentation activities in regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences environments. About
