Upload and organize documents within DocuSign Build and update electronic document templates Add required fields, roles, labels, and collaboration settings Test templates to ensure they function and display correctly Review completed documents for accuracy and completeness Perform quality checks and correct errors as needed Assist internal staff with document-related tasks Manage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Comfortable handling detailed, repetitive computer-based work Previous office or administrative experience preferred Current enrollment in a college or post-secondary program preferred Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods Ability to occasionally bend, lift, and move items up to 25 lbs.
