In this part time role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of the bank's document workflows. This is a process-driven position well-suited to candidates who take pride in efficiency, consistency, and thoroughness in completing recurring operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and scan physical documents for electronic processing Import, index, and organize documents within the bank's electronic records system Manage mail center operations in support of the loan servicing group Deliver, box, track, and store documents in accordance with retention policies Audit electronic files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Qualifications:
