Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The salary ranges from $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
JOB FUNCTION
Performs tasks necessary to coordinate all aspects of product and process documentation that meet NuAire's ISO 9001 and 13485 Quality System Requirements. Documentation includes product operation and maintenance manuals, price lists, testing and inspection reports, technical bulletins, standard operating procedures, checklists, and forms. In addition, this position will also assist the Engineering Department with administrative tasks and documentation for custom-ordered products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Possess good attention to detail. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Two+ years of experience with documentation in a manufacturing environment, preferably with an ISO Quality System.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Duties Receive requests to create and/or modify documents from various departments. Work with all staff to clarify information requests as needed. Assign document numbers, update or create new documents and review for accuracy. Release and communicate approved document creation/change orders. Maintain and improve documentation repository system. Provide administrative support with copying and scanning of files. Additional duties as assigned. Equipment Used Computer, Telephone Calculator Fax machine Photocopier Printer Responsibility Work with an average amount of supervision. Keep complete and detailed records of all work. Meet project deadlines. Assist all system users in a friendly, professional manner. Handle all assignments in a timely manner. Keep supervisor informed of project status. Regular attendance and punctuality.

: Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers and decimals. Reasoning Ability Ability to problem solve.
